CostWise IT & Telecom was formed as a result of the merger of two companies that had been in operation since 2014: CostWise Business Consulting and Tech Time with Ted, operated by James Bloomfield and Ted MacDonald, respectively. James and Ted identified the merger as a vehicle through which they could expand their offerings to include both IT and Telecom services while also capitalizing on the service improvements associated with increased staffing.
